As your follow-up indicates, it's not quite the same thing as before, but the 'proof' that they are negotiating is essentially content-free of details about what the settlement entails (one email has blacked out issues-text).
Allegedly they are 'close to wrapping things up', but still ask for another 60 days. Probably the court will grant it, but it would be great if the court put its foot down and gave them a week, or demand a final date sooner than 60 days out, and not just 'yeah yeah, mom, we'll be done in a minute or whenever, but 2 months should be good enough.'
I'll have to re-read the filing to see if there is really any buried treasure in it.
