BMCS was Current Info until Miller failed to submit the Q3 report and was subsequently downgraded to Limited on 11/16/2022. Now, the annual is due at the end of the month and if Miller is true to form, he won't submit that report, either.

USEI is already on the Expert Market. One should not be surprised if BMCS follows it there eventually.
