Some people are saying that they do not care what the share price is right now, but let’s say the merger causes us to go 10 times. If this is at one penny and it ends up going 10 times it will only be $.10. But if it is at three cents and it ends up going 10 times it will be $.30. That’s a big difference in my opinion! Please let me know if I’m missing something here!
