I believe there is a difference on otc markets between being a shell risk, and being designated a shell (see something like GMZP on otc markets - not a recommendation, just an example).

I think ICNM has just graduated from ‘shell’ to ‘shell risk’, with the hope that our next financials which should confirm the recent letter information will convince the otc market powers to remove the shell risk identifier.

Anyone who knows more about this, please confirm or correct
