IMHO this filing was
a final sale on 9 mar 23 of APE shares
$440m worth to round out the sales

I also believe they sold them to get the votes needed for conversion

Issue May pass yes vote

And

We wait for final court approval in April

Maybe longer as they shore up the banking system
