All of CBD is a gamble now, and too early in the regulation scheme to be investable.
Pretty much explains why most are penny stocks, even cw.
As for why, at .04 one can use pocket change and if it scores your good, just like the $1.50 early investment in shib that turned into 1 million.
If it all goes south, your out the pocket change. Kind of like playing the lottery with a slightly better chance of a score.
