now --- let us see if anyone in the corporate suite is beat up ---- and while many here think SVB and F and F are similar ---- if SVB does not have assets > liabilities - then equity there be it in common or junior preferred stock - is worthless ---- as owners need to pay up ----- even as the country pays for poor regulation .
