Are you suggesting that there is 13T underlying mortgages OR That banks own all or nearly all the MBS F and F paper

And - I do think any OUTCOME - where when or what ---- will include a TREASURY guarantee of F and F paper (MBS). But IMO (an opinion) that does not require massive capital by F and F --- as when F and F have 100B (they do now - right?) the GOV could guarantee in second position
