Yesterday I might have thought it was possible, but with the backstopping, bailing out of all uninsured deposits by the feds, and added liquidity support to banks, they shouldn't have any issues. Notice I said "should." With this type of drastic action taken, who knows what the market's response will be, and the bank depositors. They might cause a panic, they were trying to prevent.
