Should that be raised to infinite and COST the bank or depositor more money than now?

IMO --- non economist --- I hope the bank is bought by another (maybe with behind the scenes agreements - say GOV as reinsurer)

IMO - if the bank has assets - at current market value to pay off 90% of deposits depositors then what is the fuss
