A Q at the end of a ticker means bankruptcy. It seems that the "powers at hand" have skipped the bankruptcy step here, since FDIC immediately took over the company and moved all of the insured assets over to a new company already. But anything is possible.

According to this article, shareholders could take a total loss:

"Shareholders got bailed in and face a total loss. They’re the ones who are “bailed in” automatically when the FDIC takes over. Other investors may have a partial loss."
