Agreed/ noted, first post lately to respond to that is logical, it is moving ahead, it takes longer than most think or complain about when done legally and setting infrastructure in place. Goal now is by disclosure time to close some of these Merger Matters.

Poster Mr. "T" your list was almost as long as mine on things talked about , Mark is aware and made note in comments , but is focused now more on moving forward with the Merger in the last few weeks and letting his support folks take care of calls until that is done .
