The collapse of Silicon Valley Bank is not just any "financial misgiving". It is the largest US bank failure since Washington Mutual in 2008. It was one of the top 20 banks in the US and held over $200 BILLION. Many tech and biotech startups were customers, and many of them will not be able to make payroll in the upcoming weeks.

Since KBLB is a biotech company, it is only natural that they should post an 8K stating their involvement (or non-involvement) with SIVB. Shareholders should be demanding that they do.
