Not even close man. When in the hell has he made any money for himself from the company? To date, he hasn't. If so, point out where. That's BS.
The company has in the past more than once stated which is easily verifiable for all of us that there would be no RS. That was their stance, the last time being quite some time ago and if memory serves correctly it was during a time when a few kept saying there would be an RS, some of whom posted on this discussion board.
What about the part in the 8K where it states: "...certain intellectual properties having appraised value of $514,441,340?" That is meaningless? If so, how so?
There were a couple of posters making claims recently on the board about a big announcement coming. Like what the HELL? At least one even claimed there would be an RS. It wasn't difficult to see IMHO from the recent filings that something was going on and eventually something would happen. There are many intelligent people who undoubtedly felt the same way (that something would eventually happen). Just read over the most recent filings.
I have never ever been a fan of an RS unless there is some plan to back one up that would justify doing so. After reading through the 8K now, I for one am interested in seeing what this is all about and how this will develop.
All IMO only. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion after all.
