It may be either. What's key is WHEN the higher volume appears. Or, to make it even easier around here......research the posters on this board. ORRR....just look at the last time the price spiked to see who showed up ahead of time and vanished the day after. The only benefit to IHUB any more is that it serves as a history book. Most the information never goes away.
