I don’t see a snag, it simply shows…….

that if this is a “full acquisition” as someone suggested this week, APRU has several corporate matters to address.

The evidence shows they haven’t even started.

The simplest path to any ownership of Lena is purchasing less than 5% of the company and by-pass the red tape.

We’ll see what happens, or doesn’t.

FWIW…..this is a PUBLIC PROCESS. Nothing is a secret.

So Tony should lay it out there, but for some reason he hasn’t.
