Yup, you are correct. I added a few more shares this morning. Might as well take advantage of the foolishness. I expect APSI will be near $3.00 in a couple of months. I hope the company is successful investigating what happened here and the SEC cracks down on these groups ( some of which are major players on IHub (IMO) that get together and manipulate these low float stocks.
