I am not criticizing with this question just want to know why.....Do you think this can turn around? Or are you just doing it for a possible trade? If you could give your reasons it may help give some insight as to why people may still be taking a chance on this stock...

Exactly Gooddolphin! It's a penny stock and these things have WILD swings - that's really the only thing you can count on. Timing is damn near impossible to get down - but when they go - look out above. That's the bet people are taking here.
