run to what? they aren't hitting their revenue estimates

they haven't posted any official financials (probably still locked out). I don't know here 30-45 day estimates came from (obviously I know Jeff said it) but unless something broke in the case and they received SEC reassurance, I would take his opinion with a grain of salt.
