Yeah, in hindsight I wasn't clear and used similar terms for length of time and length in pages.

But you still managed to sidestep the question by saying that you don't think the decision will be a lengthy document.

That wasn't what I was asking. I was asking if the decision is 6+ pages, do you agree that that favors Calasse? I would be surprised if it took them 6+ pages to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.



But I do concede, we can't make any concrete conclusions based on the length of time it is taking the NVSC, as they may just be ignoring it completely. I'm of the opinion though that if it was an easy dismissal they would have tackled it by now, so either a) they're actively working on it and it's taking time, or b) they know what decision they'll make but haven't had time to write it all out.

Again, if dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, it would take a max of 2-3 pages and could be as short as 4 paragraphs. They would have already flagged it and gotten that off their desk.
