You seem like a seasoned investor regardless. You should understand these junk stocks just about cycles. You may have to wait a few years. But there will be another run maybe not to .12 but it will pump. And then come back down.
This would be a big gamble I know, but have you thought about moving all / some some the remaining shares to the Roth IRA ? Yes there would be a tax burden on the transfer, but if a miracle happens here ( I know, I know ! ) and this does take off, the gains would all be tax free one day. Hey, we're all dreamers.
