From a tactic point of view I would think spring of 24 may be a better choice for the congress, election year and all. But who’s to say. I need a better view myself, especially with the economy, interest rates, inflation issues. The deficit could also be problematic. The future view is cloudy for me right now, however when they do pass something in congress, it will light a fire under the sector.
