I did not file a complaint either time because there was reason to believe that something was in the works. Unless I missing something, there is definitely nothing going to happen. I am of the opinion it was all false information. I bought shares based on the PR's and email communications from Ron. I know you win some and lose some, but the SEC can review and decide. JMHO
