Realisticly speaking PCTL dug itself in a huge and very deep hole, most $$$$ were ALLOCATED to the oil disregarding the health care possibilities,that's all the GRIECOS DOING,DARYLL BEGGED FOR MORE MONEY BUT HE NEVER GOT IT !!!! SHAREHOLDERS ARE PAYING DEARLY !!!!!PCTL NEEDS THE OIL TO BE THE BIG $$$$$ MAKER,WILL IT DO IT ????????????????
