On related and separate matters, the wife added 5,000 shares yesterday morning watching these actively managed fund furus sell predictably and carelessly. About two hours later in the day, I came into information which both ethically and after a review of what constitutes such as not generally able to be known --I believe lawfully, what we too must consider as proprietary (partly because of the scope of the transaction between related parties and the actual source is an actual party to the transaction) so much to the effect as the resultant info constitutes "insider information". Therefore, plainly stated, we will refrain from any further purchases or related actions until announced by the company which we believe will be soon.
