Why would this even be considered by either company. SPRV has nothing to offer Rennova Health, and SPRV has nothing really to gain except an actual business (for all of Rennova's problems, they seem to be an actual business whereas SPRV is a shell). BTW, this wasn't a deep dive into Rennova Health, just a quick look at the website and financials on the website. SPRV doesn't have the resources to acquire Rennova Health. Rennova has nothing to gain from a merger with SPRV. Why do you think this would even be a possibility?
