If I was the CEO I would be thinking to release anything juicy after the stupid promo tag is off. Even though the company communicated with the OTCMarket authorities, OTCM says the promo tag stays on for 14 days as a rule.
Once the tag comes off maybe a juicy 8k comes out or some news releases. They responded right away with a lawyer and updated documents when the tag was put on, that shows me they are on the ball.
Best guess is we see news via an 8-k, PR or both, but not until that promotion icon comes down on otcmarkets, which should be by the middle of next week.
