Where exactly will shareholders find justice? Cases have been at every level in the U.S. judicial system with no success so it doesn't appear to be from that branch of government. The executive branch seems to be too stupid to accomplish anything. The legislature is too busy stuffing its pockets with money to bother with such stocks as F&F because they have so few shareholders plus those dreaded hedge funds are there. So, will we get justice when a military coup takes place in the country?
I believe in justice, period. Sadly, I don't foresee any forthcoming here. Once again, this is one of those situations where not only do you want to be wrong, but you'd be ecstatic if you were.
