There were questions about Asia Broadband Inc’s prior business ventures and predecessor names (Gemini Marketing, Merendon International). As I previously explained, this entity is an investment company which has pursued projects through subsidiaries/franchisees.
If you inspect their 2015 annual report, you will notice they describe their business activities as such: “The company Is in the development stage and is currently seeking a viable business opportunity or an acceptable merger candidate”

In 2016—at which time James Gilbert is first listed on the AABB financial filings (a time during which they have no formal business initiatives)—a Mr. James Gilbert was appointed Chairman of the Board @ Orvana Minerals:

He was obviously wrong once a photo of the real James Gilbert showed up with the same resume being pawned off by BlackBeard. Then the next thing you know they replaced the fake James Gilbert.
