IMHO,
1. We need the SPAC to cover the Equity investment side of NioCorp.
2. We need the SPAC for their available investment money.
3. We need the SPAC to lock-in the debt side financing.
4. We need the SPAC to get up-listed to the NASDAQ - ASAP.
5. We need the SPAC to get up to the needed/estimated 1.17 Billion dollars to help cover initial construction costs.
