Unless Tony cleans up the Preferred share fiasco......

that he created, I seriously doubt they will "acquire" Lena (majority ownership).

The state would need to know who the beneficial owners are in order to approve an application for a license.

Supposedly someone lost a Preferred A CERT that was supposed to be cancelled, so they're obviously not happy with Tony. A wee bit of paperwork submitted to the TA and the CERT would be cancelled.

I say if the deal closes, it will be for less than 5% ownership of Lena. The state relaxes it rules for such a transaction.

We'll see.

BTW......he may have gotten a forfeiture warning notice from TX. He needs to file an annual report.
