You are wrong about that. There are many shareholders that buy shares at mkt price that do want honesty.

I agree there are plenty of free shares from paid PR pumper firms, there are plenty of discount shares that are in the money the instant they get "subsidized" shares from friends and privvy places--so they could care less, they just make money regardless.

"Oh I can buy shares below market--and you throw in free warrants. So as soon as I buy I can sell and make money and have freebies left over". For sure those shareholders don't care.

And for some--that voted for--defended nodder--denigrated real Drs for years --they believe Dr Sacha gives CYDY part of his funding and the FDA will approve based on safe sex monkeys and another mouse study ; so the clueless of the clueless. So you are right--there are shareholders that don't care if mngmt is found guilty TWICE of stealing. There are shareholders that swallow the minimal dilution story and some believe the SEC and DOJ investigations are about shorts. You are right there are some that NONE of that stuff matters to. As for me--THEY do not matter--I do not consider them purchasers. Just pumpers and flippers.
