They are required to have shares available for debt holders to convert. It’s part of the contract when taking money from lenders. Not sure I’ve ever seen an O/S and an A/S exactly the same. That’s as MAXED as you can get. I’m sure an increase in authorized is coming considering the maxed date on OTCMarkets was 30 days ago. Probably why the pps didn’t move on the COSM PR.

If they raise the Authorized, they will have to file. We will see it. I doubt they will go the way of RS especially if we are getting bought out.

AMIH is going to be a Huge Winner for the Patient shareholders who are waiting for this Deal to close!
