Burden of proof for EVERYTHING related to CLINICAL HOLD(s)
#1--We were told that the Brazil trial(s) were put on hold BY CYDY--correct?? That is exactly CYDY stated. "out of abundance of caution"--REMEMBER??
Also in MAR/APR was a meeting (Anvisa) then trial would restart--REMEMBER??
#1--WHERE is that proof

#2--We were told BLA is easy fix--few simple things really--REMEMBER?? Need to submit 5 parts--stuck at 3--REMEMBER?? Now years later--no longer pursue
What is different with Clinical Hold and "FIX". Submit 5 parts--stuck at 3--REMEMBER?? Where is the PROOF this will fix clinical hold (s). Show shareholders ALL correspondence of ALL issues--is it in ANY way connected to Amawrecks and SEC and DOJ?? If so that is beyond fixable and can ONLY be fixed when SEC and DOJ say--not FDA. Why hide ALL the clinical hold(s) issues. I’m not referring to the 100k…I’m saying that CYDY needs should not have the benefit of the doubt when it comes to blueheel statements that this or that is DEFINITELY happening. Almost nothing that has been promised over the last decade has been delivered. Glad to see the 100K go in (sincerely) but that does not guarantee anything else.
