And the pump crew claims to be buying daily for the last year and a half but afraid to hit the ask. Great inveinvestment strategy . Cant pay a fraction of a penny more per share yet claim its going to dollars.

That may actually explain why the price keeps stagnating, which is complained about frequently. Everyone is waiting to see how cheap they can get shares, so there is no urgency to slap the ask.

Even if it was 50:50 buy/sell (which it's not), the price wouldn't increase. There's no urgency; until we see some updates with GVSI or SRNW cancellations, we're just sitting here.
