Without them , this debt package is dead on arrival I assume. If their cash was not needed to achieve this loan(still a lot of work there) then we gave away the store.

Lets both just hope for low redemptions. This loan news changes things but I doubt its gonna come soon enough to eases the R/S ratio unless the news catapults the price pre-combination.
