$BOXS The CEO owns half the commons so they aren't going anywhere. If Graber puts his shares in preferred status this will run large.

$BOXS The CEO David Graber owns about 70 percent of the O/S now. I see this as good and he can't sell so it still trades tight. IMO the R/S will cancell and commons put back as preferred with all debt off the books this will see .20 cents plus.
