Fine by me if they are set free based on HERA

but 14 years or whatever suggests that a different "look - structure" is needed but not found

would not stop TREASURY from taking tons of actions in the interim good for us
would not stop FHFA from cutting capital requirement in half

those actions could take us to 6-9 dollars a share
