Agree. However, I will say that some can still buy. I also own GVSI, which was on the EM for 17 months, and that board reported Canadians could still buy plus some Americans with some type of special account status with certain brokers. Canadians loaded up on cheap shares while the price was suppressed because most could only sell. Your point is still valid though. GNCP is not responding normally while on EM.
