*****To boost Adam Arons retirement package - AMC is not going to pay off debt with this split / dilution - why doesn't Aron put out a pr that all proceeds from the up coming r/s - dilution go strictly to paying off debt and not to be used for acquisitions etc

He also needs the money to cover almost 300 million debt per quarter just not to go bankrupt

AMC only has enough money to last 2 more quarters
