The Verified True fact here is: the OS has been the FIXED And SAME at 4.595B shares since 12/31/2019 at least based on all the past SIXTEEN Official Quarterly or Annually financial reports while the AS has been the FIXED And SAME at 5B shares since 01/28/2020 based on the Wyoming state's Official filings!

It seems someones here speculated to buy this Diamond_In_The_Rough below 0.0002 which is 100% Impossible because the Year-End-Tax-Loss Huge sales were already over at the end of 12/31/2022!
