Benny Yes but the "Friendly" White Castle "Toxic Debt" is also to blame because it gives the Dirty Market Makers the leverage to short this at will knowing the MASSIVE DILUTION the note will cause in the future if it is not somehow "terminated"! I ask you again why were the terms of the note changed by a factor of TEN from .004 to .0004? THAT IS NOT FRIENDLY ON ANY LEVEL! For you to "Claim" that the White Castle Debt is NOT A PROBLEM doesn't make sense to me unless you have ulterior motives! I'm not a BASHER,I have close to 3 Million Shares and am a frustrated long term shareholder after 17 months! I'd actually consider DOUBLING my position if Torres PROVES White Castle is INDEED FRIENDLY by "terminating the note" on agreeable terms and announcing a share restructure!
