I'll be surprised if he's even able to raise 1 m of the 5m after knowing the shit he's trying pass onto shareholders. Certainly not within 6 months, if that's the time frame.

But, anything is possible as he's been fooling people for 3 years now.

NONE of these "ASSETS" add up to even close to 1m valuation. NEVERMIND the 10m + he's trying to get for them.
