not exactly.....

the filing made was a corporate filing in the state of New York, the GLXI lawyers are filing with market regulators for the name and symbol change and new cusip number will be assigned. don't be in a huge hurry for this.....but it could come anytime...i just don't expect it real soon, we have other news that will come out in the next two weeks that will keep us on track in a positive direction. keep in mind i am pretty conservative.
