You could take a tax write off years ago. But that wouldn’t change your ownership of dead shares.

Nah he finally realized it is not possible to have a recovery from BioAmber or anyone for those safe worthless shares attached to the $60 plus mil of bad debt BioAmber left behind when it was liquidated and shut down for leaving all of its creditors impaired
