Outstanding shares are 361 million and some change. The float which hasn’t been changed on the otcmarkets site has it sitting at 335 million and some change.
The float hasn’t been updated since January of 2022. So who knows where that is sitting at.

I would say at least 60 - 70% of the shares are locked up by the longs.

So if your friend buys in he might have to pay quite a bit more to get a good chunk of shares, I’m guessing around $.10 - $.15 a share. Then again if he might lucky

Why not offer to buy from offering? Then he gets warrants too.
