The head lawyer from Ripple or maybe it was the CEO of Ripple, just today said," if you want to start a crypto company don't do it in the US. Do it over seas.
This is just the beginning of the assault on crypto here. I am so fn bumbed.
So much is riding on the Ripple law suit. Keep an eye on that. I would be surprised if the have a ruling be the end of the month. I think it will go to a jury.
That will give Gensler enough time to take the reins and hand it over to his Wallstreet buddies.
Gensler claims that only btc isn't a security. I hold a little bone and mostly Bitcoin now. I still think Bitcoin will survive.
