Agreed, retail is unable to buy and sell at that level on demand. MM's are making the market and part of what they do. There was a .00101 for 10,222 earlier in the day close to size and value of the 10000 split in half with 5000 at .00099. 5000 at .00099 is $4.95. I tend to see these at low dollar transactions and are meaningless both up and down.
