Not sure what you mean by new financials. BWMG has a lot going for them but also a lot of work to do to gain investor confidence. The recent sales trend looks very encouraging to me and is a sign that they are engaged and really applying themselves to improve the financial condition of the company. The recent Nomad recall doesn't help but the positive in that is that management seems to have addressed the issue and got it fixed fairly fast. Nomad is available again. That will impact Q4 results to some extent... I expect we will learn more about this when the 10K is issued. If SEC filings are made on schedule without posting the NT for an extension that will help investor confidence as well. Thats easy for me to say since I don't have to do the work to get the reports out :-) Anyway... there is a negative message associated with late filings and stock holders would feel better if they didn't see them. BWMG is a "Show me" stock. If the financials continue to improve then it's a near guarantee that the stock price will be higher. At the current price it doesn't take much to realize fantastic gains.
