I could see them selling Radiogel and Isopet, but keeping the business and continue further research and treatments/equipment as they've mentioned in their 10Q/Ks.

Maybe selling it all, but getting to stay involved maybe. They seem very passionate about it considering a lot of the memebers aren't even paid.

They run a very lean and tight ship.

I remember Dr.K said he had a conversation with St. Jude hospital
and that treating children with Radiogel seemed to be dear to his heart.
He spoke of children's growth rate and the effects of chemo on their bodies
and comparing chemo treatment to Radiogel for them.

I could see him wanting to hold on to this to make sure he was able
to do that. Or at least in any buyout, be in a position with the new company
to make it happen. who knows.....
